*Swanstaff Ltd is in search of a dependable Loader Operator to become part of a distinguished industrial cleaning organization. This company specializes in customized industrial cleaning solutions designed to address the specific requirements of their industrial clientele and their facilities.

This role offers a pathway to permanent employment for the suitable candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery, equipment, and plant as instructed, adhering to established policies, procedures, and training.

- Safely transport waste utilizing the appropriate vehicles and equipment.

- Ensure all materials and waste are properly loaded into containers to maintain a clean and organized site.

- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, adhering to scheduled intervals, and promptly report any faults in equipment or containers through the designated system.

- Immediately report any incidents involving vehicles, equipment, oneself, or third parties to the Contract Manager.

- Operate loading machinery such as loading shovels, telehandlers, or material handlers as necessary.

- Conduct shift handovers to relevant team members.
