About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Teacher with Special Education Needs expertise to join our team at Vision for Education - Bristol. As a Special Education Needs Teacher, you will work with children aged 5 to 16 with special educational needs and disabilities, providing engaging and inclusive education in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach children with special educational needs and disabilities in a school or alternative provision setting
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Provide guidance and support to students with special educational needs and disabilities
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Newly Qualified Teaching Status (NQT)
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
