Mobile Air Conditioning Technician - Facilities Management Provider - Commercial Properties

If so, this position may be ideal for you.

We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity with a reputable facilities management provider. We are currently in search of a Mobile Air Conditioning Technician to oversee various commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in commercial air conditioning maintenance and a comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance requests.
  • Service and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  • Conduct maintenance on a variety of systems including split units, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of building services.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary up to £47,000.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Company vehicle provided.
  • Full company uniform supplied.
  • 30 minutes of travel time compensated each way.
  • On-call duty approximately once every ten weeks.
  • Overtime pay at 1.5x for weekdays and Saturdays, and 2x for Sundays.
  • Fully expensed vehicle, mobile phone, and uniform.
  • Private use of the vehicle allowed.
Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
  • F-Gas 2079 Category 1 certification (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of air conditioning maintenance.
  • Extensive experience in commercial environments.
  • Clean UK driving license.
  • Experience in a mobile technician role.
