Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator

Join Ethero Careers in our Derbyshire office and take on a challenging role that will put your skills to the test. As a Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring our Health & Safety strategy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the development and implementation of our Global Safety Framework
  • Conduct risk assessments and site safety plans to ensure a safe working environment
  • Analyse safety performance data and provide feedback to the head of department
  • Work with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement new safety initiatives
  • Collate and present Health & Safety reports and statistical performance data
  • Stay up-to-date with current Health & Safety legislation and ensure compliance
