Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants and progress them into sustainable work, utilizing your expertise in welfare-to-work delivery and performance KPIs.
  • Provide quality careers information, advice, and guidance in various settings to inactive young people and unemployed adults, enhancing their personal development and career choices.
  • Track and monitor progress of young people who are not in education or employment, ensuring timely interventions and support.
  • Build excellent working relationships with internal services, statutory organizations, training providers, partner organizations, local employers, and their supply chain.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in welfare-to-work delivery and achieving performance KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the local employment market and the needs of unemployed adults and young people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the demands of the role.
