PFI Facilities Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PFI Facilities Manager to join our team at 300 North Limited. As a key member of our Asset Management Organisation, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery and management of essential PFI projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure adherence to financial and operational policies for SPV management, promoting a culture of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Support the implementation of health and safety regulations across PFI sites, ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
  • Contract Management: Manage, coordinate, and report on PFI contract changes or variations, minimizing deductions and ensuring performance meets contract standards.
  • Third-Party FM Service Providers: Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party FM service providers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Project Management: Assist in the project management of lifecycle works, variations, and operational reporting under the PFI framework, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Statutory Reporting: Prepare and submit statutory reports, financial data, and ensure compliance with PFI project agreements, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Project Management Experience: Significant experience in project management, ideally within a PFI/PPP environment, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Health and Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and PFI contract management, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Operational Experience: Strong experience in managing operational phases of PFI projects, with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for liaising with client organisations, stakeholders, and team members, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Driving License and PVG Check: Full driving license and PVG check clearance, with the ability to travel to various sites and locations.
