About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dietetic Assistant to join our team at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Dietetic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic intervention to patients who have been seen and remain under the care of our Dietitians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic intervention to patients in various settings, including hospital wards, outpatient clinics, and community-based facilities.
  • Assist in case history taking and information gathering to support the Dietitians in their work.
  • Organize and run sessions, clinics, and groups in various settings, including the rehabilitation unit and community-based facilities.
  • Contribute to the creation of resources used with patients, families, and professionals.
  • Assist with the delivery of training within the hospital and local community.

  • Essential:
