About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Campaign Insights Placement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring our campaigns, analyzing and understanding our financial performance, and planning for future campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help the team to analyze and understand our portfolio and market trends.
  • Analyze our performance against the market forecast.
  • Support the campaign executives with ad-hoc queries from internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the completion of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Support the team with projects that arise throughout the year.
Requirements
  • Studying a degree in finance, maths, economics, or business-related.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint and Excel, with an eagerness to learn more.

Our Process
  • Apply and upload your CV, covering letter, and answer a few application questions.
  • You'll then be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to understand how you may approach situations.
  • If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
  • If successful, your final step in the journey is to attend an assessment centre at our office where you will take part in a group exercise, complete a short interview, and deliver a presentation.
