Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree or equivalent, along with one year of pre-registration training and experience.
- Registered member of the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Postgraduate certificate in clinical pharmacy or equivalent documented clinical experience.
Desirable:
- Independent prescribing qualification.
- Membership in the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
Skills and Competencies
Essential:
- Experience in delivering both simple and complex pharmaceutical care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Post-registration hospital experience or equivalent documented clinical experience.
Desirable:
- Experience in training and supervising colleagues.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in medicines information.
