Commercial Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and finalize publishing deals with game development studios, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Implement efficient business practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide technical expertise to game developers and team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial roles, preferably in the game industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
  • Knowledge of commercial terms and contracts.
  • Based in Leamington Spa, with a hybrid model allowing for 3 days of on-site work per week.
