Lead Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our dynamic team in Prescot, Merseyside. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care, leading the team, and contributing to the practice's development.

About the Role
  • Lead the veterinary team and contribute to the practice's growth and development
  • Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures
  • Provide clear updates and exceptional care to clients
  • Maintain the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance
  • Prepare accurate estimates for clients, ensuring payment and minimising debt
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager to maximise commercial performance
  • Mentor and develop the team, enhancing their skills and utilising these effectively
Requirements
  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership skills
  • Experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients
  • Understanding and appreciation of exceptional care and its impact on client experience
  • Experience in implementing a progressive clinical culture
  • Strong commercial performance through effective allocation of clinical activity
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
