Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:

Our client, a leading Government organization, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to support the client's IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ServiceNow Development and Maintenance: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, including front-end and back-end development, to meet the client's business requirements.
2. Technical Implementation: You will work on the technical implementation of ServiceNow applications, including integration with Active Directory, account and attribute matching, and synchronization.
3. Knowledge Base Creation: You will create knowledge bases and integrate them with the wider ServiceNow environment to support the client's IT operations.
4. Automation and Data Manipulation: You will use PowerShell to automate processes and manipulate data between systems, such as ServiceNow and Active Directory.
5. User Requirements Gathering: You will gather user requirements and convert them into project deliverables in a structured document format for the client's ServiceNow team.
6. Project Delivery: You will work under your own initiative to deliver results against high-level project requirements.
7. Daily Operations: You will undertake daily 'business as usual' processes to assist the ServiceNow team, including defects and incidents investigation and resolution.
8. Integration Discovery: You will conduct initial discovery work with the Technical Architect to integrate change logging between ServiceNow and Storm Conductor Telephony system.
