Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing gas systems in commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on gas systems in commercial buildings
  2. Conduct CP12 inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
  3. Replace like-for-like gas equipment and components
  4. Fault find and diagnose issues with gas systems
  5. Perform small repairs and adjustments to gas equipment
  6. Maintain accurate records of work completed and safety protocols
  7. Assist with general plumbing duties and tasks
  8. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  9. Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer

Full commercial gas ticket COCN1

Proven track record of working in commercial gas maintenance

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Working Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £46,000 per annum, plus benefits and overtime
