The Role

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team of six people. As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for developing all design and artwork assets for the business, from one-page collateral to website banners, webpages, and event stands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop all on-brand graphic design requirements for Marketing and, as needed, the wider Blink Payment business.
  • Requirements will include online and offline creative assets, such as digital ads, webpages, email templates, product collateral, infographics, image development, social tiles, brand guidelines, and event stands.
  • Work across our small Marketing team to develop graphic and artwork assets for campaigns and marketing operations and projects, as needed, direct for the Marketing Director.
  • Manage your workload and flow efficiently, keeping stakeholders apprised of input needed and timelines – ensuring that creative delivery timelines are met.
  • Check your work, ensuring it meets our high standards as a marketing team and brand guidelines, before sharing it.
Key Skills
  • A strong portfolio of creative/design work and be ready to 'show and tell'.
  • Over 4 years' experience in a similar graphic design role.
  • B2B design experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A great eye for detail.
  • A deep understanding of executing brand guidelines.
  • Able to translate and execute from briefs.
  • Flexible, with the ability to work on several projects running at the same time.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Good time management, to ensure deadlines are met.
  • A collaborative nature.
