Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Validation and Verification Specialist to join our team at Advance TRS. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the validation and verification management activities across our signalling project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of verification and validation reports.
  • Provide project requirement's management progress and KPI reports to stakeholders.
  • Support the Competence Manager in the execution of the internal competence management scheme.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on the Alstom V&V tool set and define staff competence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience working within a system engineering process environment.
  • Experience applying RSSB, Network Rail standards or equivalent rail infrastructure organisations.
  • Experience in testing and validation of safety-critical systems.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of signalling design, installation, testing, or safety assurance.
  • Experience with software databases, such as DOORS/Regtify.
