About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a Postperson, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across our network, using your own vehicle and driving skills to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to customers across our network, using your own vehicle and driving skills to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage your delivery route and schedule to ensure that all customers receive their mail and parcels on time.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our business objectives and improve our customer experience.
Requirements
- A full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
