Team/Role Overview
  • The Operations Optimisation and Enablement team ('OOE') collaborates with operational functions to establish strategic direction, oversee program implementation, and create effective operating frameworks.
Your Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of SSI functions, workflows, and tools across Citibank's diverse products and regions.
  • Establish benchmarks for SSI setup and maintenance, develop a scalable operational framework, and engage with stakeholders to promote adoption.
Qualifications We Seek
  • Proven experience in business management, functional leadership, and team dynamics.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of settlement instructions, payment systems, banking operations, and process reengineering.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead organizational transformations and influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience in evaluating process performance, reengineering workflows, and leading teams.
