About the Role

The HVAC Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company processes, complete specified reports and compliance documentation, and take action on any issues raised.
  • People: Provide technical support and coaching to HVAC technicians, participate in the recruitment and selection process of technician vacancies, and ensure compliance with all City policies and procedures.
  • Excellence: Ensure underperformance on KPIs is addressed, provide technical guidance and support to engineers, and participate in the development of training programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
