Role Overview:

This position is pivotal in directing the strategy and implementation of Talent Acquisition, encompassing recruitment and the organization's employer branding. The role is accountable to the People and Culture Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultation and support across the complete spectrum of Talent Acquisition activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Utilize relevant data to enhance processes and improve the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the Inclusion Manager to engage and positively influence the participation of underrepresented groups within the organization.

Candidate Profile:

As the Recruitment Strategy Lead, you will manage a small team and work in partnership with colleagues to fulfill all resourcing requirements. You will be enthusiastic about joining a new People & Culture team dedicated to fostering high-performing teams and guiding the organization through transformative changes.

With a current understanding of recruitment methodologies and campaign development, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly addressing customer needs while managing multiple priorities. Your ambition as an HR/Talent professional, coupled with a commitment to mental health and wellbeing, will be crucial in supporting our strategic objectives.
