About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Postperson with Driving to join our team at the Bath Delivery Office. As a Postperson with Driving, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in the Bath area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in the Bath area
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Operate a manual driving license and have a strong sense of community

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. You will also receive overtime pay at 1.25x the normal hourly rate, 22.5 days holiday (pro-rata), and a contributory pension scheme. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop a career with Royal Mail Group and enjoy various discounts and benefits.

Requirements

  • Upbeat, independent, and self-motivated individual
  • Organized, punctual, and ready to deliver great customer service
  • Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather
  • Strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do
  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
