Senior Clinical Fellow

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Fellow to join our Critical Care and Retrieval Medicine team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a Senior Clinical Fellow, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our critical care services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to critically ill patients in our intensive care unit (ICU) and retrieval medicine service.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based care pathways.
- Contribute to the education and training of junior doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our clinical governance framework.
- Engage in research and development activities, including the design and implementation of clinical trials and studies.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Completion of a primary FRCA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in critical care and retrieval medicine, including a minimum of 12 months in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
