Position Overview

The role entails overseeing digital forensic investigations, compliance monitoring, and adherence to necessary standards as directed by the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or legal teams. The incumbent will ensure that all internal protocols and external regulatory requirements are met, focusing on operational risk management and the Company Code of Conduct.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directs and executes computer forensic operations, including the collection, preservation, analysis, and recovery of digital evidence.
  • Conducts technical evaluations and interpretations of computer-related data.
  • Effectively communicates with internal stakeholders regarding the status of investigations and security protocols.
  • Conducts interviews with relevant parties and produces detailed reports.
  • Ensures data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintains accurate logs and documentation for all cases.
  • Employs monitoring tools to assess security compliance.
  • Confirms laboratory equipment and software adhere to evidence handling protocols.
Scope of Work
  • Responsibilities involve thorough analysis and investigative processes.
  • Achieves objectives through established professional methodologies and business practices.
  • Leads a team of professionals or provides indirect supervision to support personnel.
Work Environment
  • Work is primarily conducted in a comfortable indoor setting with occasional mild conditions.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and over 7 years of experience in a related field are typically required.
  • Certifications and advanced degrees may be considered in lieu of experience.
Preferred Skills

A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading an information security team, with a robust background in security operations and incident management. Relevant security certifications are highly regarded.
