Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our Aviation division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the establishment and enhancement of our Quality Management System (QMS). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all quality management information, training, and task-specific guidance are effectively tailored to meet the needs of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation of the Quality Management System.
- Provide training and instruction on quality management practices.
- Conduct internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standards.
- Support the development of quality-related documentation and processes.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
Candidate Profile
- Associate member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).
- Proven experience as an Internal Auditor with a strong background in quality management.
- Diploma in Quality Management, preferably with a focus on Construction or Civil Engineering.
- Site-based experience in civil engineering or aviation projects is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and IT skills.
- Experience in delivering training across various organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse teams.
- Self-assured in building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
