Job Title: Tractor Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tractor Driver to join our team at Red Sky Personnel Ltd. As a Winter Resilience Operative, you will be responsible for removing snow and ice from Airside areas at Aberdeen Airport during adverse weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attend a 1-day training session at the start of the season to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
2. Be available to work ad-hoc shifts based on weather conditions, including evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
3. Safely and efficiently operate tractors to remove snow and ice from Airside areas.
4. Work collaboratively with a team to achieve common goals.
5. Have a zero-tolerance approach to health and safety.
6. Be willing to work in extreme weather conditions.
7. Have previous experience operating plant equipment such as Gators, Multi-hogs, Tractors, and Telescopic forklifts.

Requirements:

1. A full, manual UK driving license is essential.
2. Previous experience operating plant equipment.
3. A zero-tolerance approach to health and safety.
4. Good attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
5. Must be hardworking and reliable with an excellent work ethic.
6. Have no unspent criminal convictions.

Eligibility:

1. 5-year checkable history.
2. Eligibility to work in the UK.
3. Provide proof of NI.
4. Provide proof of address dated within the last 3 months.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in construction or agricultural trades, or those who are self-employed, semi-retired, or in flexible zero-hour roles.
