About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Workday HR Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our global HR data within the Workday system. You will collaborate closely with HR Partners across EMEA and APAC regions, providing expert support during the transition to a new People Planning tool integrated with Workday.
Your Responsibilities
- Data Stewardship: Conduct regular audits of position and employee data within Workday, identifying discrepancies and collaborating with HR Partners to resolve them. Train HR Partners on best practices for data maintenance and auditing.
- User Support: Provide timely and effective support to HR Partners in updating Workday, troubleshooting queries, and making necessary corrections or rescissions.
- Data Integration: Prepare mass data loads (EIBs) in Excel, ensuring accurate and timely processing. This includes auditing data provided by partner teams and resolving any issues before performing the load.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively coordinate with HR Partners to ensure task completion within deadlines and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. Contribute to the documentation of data processes, workflows, and reporting standards.
- Requirements Gathering: Support the Workday Business Analyst in gathering and tracking requirements for the new people planning tool.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles. You possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with data.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience using Workday Core HCM; experience with EIBs is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with Lookup and Pivot tables.
- Strong analytical, logical, and organizational skills for problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
