About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hall Porter to join our team at the Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL). As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with luggage, rooming, and queries as required
  • Support the Front Office team in maintaining the security of the Club and enforcing its rules
  • Manage the cloakroom and store members' luggage
  • Provide information on local transport options and amenities
  • Order newspapers, wake-up calls, deliver messages, and sort and distribute mail
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Reception, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multitask, be flexible, and adaptable
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work well under pressure
