About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a diligent Junior Commercial Analyst to contribute to the financial growth of a leading company, CV-Library, by providing insightful data analysis. The successful candidate will be part of the Accounting & Finance team and will play a significant role in supporting the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing accurate financial data analysis to support the company's strategic decisions and drive business growth
  2. Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to develop forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  3. Identifying trends and recommending actions to enhance financial performance and improve operational efficiency
  4. Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  5. Participating in cross-departmental projects to drive business innovation and growth
  6. Providing insights to drive cost reduction and revenue enhancement initiatives, ensuring a competitive edge in the market
  7. Contributing to continuous process improvement within the finance department, implementing best practices and optimizing financial processes

Requirements

A successful Junior Commercial Analyst should possess:

  1. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices
  2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  3. Proficiency in financial software and databases, with experience in data analysis and reporting
  4. Excellent communication skills to present financial data effectively, both verbally and in writing
  5. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs
  6. The ability to work well in a team and independently, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
