We are in search of a Junior Mechanical Engineering Consultant to enhance our expanding Cardiff office.

Our team specializes in providing building services, energy efficiency, and sustainability solutions. We adopt a collaborative approach, engaging early in the design process, guiding development, and leveraging our expertise to assist clients in making informed decisions—ensuring optimal project outcomes.

You will have the chance to refine your technical abilities by working on a diverse range of intricate projects while also benefiting from our early careers development program, 'The Learning Curve', which focuses on enhancing your interpersonal skills.

What You Will Gain:

  • Proficiency in Revit and 3D BIM modeling software for design execution
  • Coordination of designs with various professional disciplines
  • Skills in energy modeling and compliance calculations for building performance
  • Experience in preparing Energy Strategy Reports and Sustainability Statements
  • Participation in design team and client consultations

Essential Qualifications:

  • A degree or Master’s in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • A proactive, diligent, and results-oriented mindset
  • A strong desire to acquire new skills and knowledge
  • Proficiency in IT, with problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous relevant experience is beneficial but not mandatory
