We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team at Willcox Matthews Ltd. As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Start up and shut down injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good manufacturing practices.
- Perform safety checks on injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Set up and condition injection moulding machines and tools in accordance with SOPs, job packs, and good manufacturing practices.
- Complete material and colour changes as required.
- Conduct routine visual quality checks during production to ensure products meet quality specifications.
Requirements:
- Experience of mechanical and hydraulic maintenance and repairs of injection mould machines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
