Position Overview:
As a Site Supervisor specializing in renewable energy projects, you will oversee and manage site operations related to Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV installations. This role is crucial for ensuring that all activities align with industry standards and safety regulations.

Location:
Various locations across the UK.

Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000, alongside expenses, performance bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise all on-site activities and ensure efficient project execution.
2. Collaborate with both in-house teams and subcontractors to facilitate effective installations.
3. Monitor project timelines and progress, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
4. Manage logistics, including the coordination of material deliveries to multiple sites.
5. Uphold health and safety standards through regular site inspections and compliance checks.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in site management or supervision, preferably within the renewable sector.
- Relevant qualifications such as SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid certification, and a CSCS card.
