Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our established commercial team in Exeter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of various projects, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail, and other blue-chip clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all commercial/financial functions on assigned projects.
  • Understand and administer contracts, including JCT and D&B.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the supply chain.
  • Complete understanding of the CVR process.
  • Site measurements and valuations.
  • Manage cost and value to successful completion/final account.
Requirements:
  • Must come from a regional or Tier 1 Quantity Surveying background with knowledge of projects up to £10m.
  • Experience in delivering successful and profitable projects.
  • Ideal local supply chain knowledge.
  • Full driving license.
