We are reinventing Royal Mail for the future, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to our customers across the region.

About You

We're looking for someone who is upbeat, independent, and self-motivated. You should be organized, punctual, and ready to deliver great customer service. You should also be a people-person and a friendly face in the community. You will need to be happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather. A strong sense of community and pride in your work are essential.

• Pay that's 10% above the market average in our sector, paid monthly with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr

• Overtime is paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate
