Job Description

**Content Designer Hybrid Role**

We are seeking an experienced Content Designer to join our team at Venture Up for a 14-month contract. This role will involve working closely with our clients to create engaging and effective content that meets their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with our clients' business objectives
  • Create high-quality, user-centered content for digital and offline channels
  • Work with our design team to design end-to-end experiences that meet user needs
  • Collaborate with user researchers to ensure content is based on evidenced user needs
  • Employ user-centered design principles and agile methodologies to help build a user-focused culture

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content design and creation
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Current or lapsed Security Clearance
