Job Opportunity: Senior Sales Manager

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is pleased to partner with a successful luxury cosmetics business in a period of transformation.

This new role will work closely with the MD and founder to drive sales through the company's direct-to-consumer channel and in partnership with specialist retailers, including John Lewis, Selfridges, and THG.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management within the skincare sector, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify opportunities for growth. Knowledge of sales in the Far East is also advantageous.

This is a head office-based role, so sales experience in-store is not suitable.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new partners and territories for potential success.
  2. Provide accurate sales forecasts and set performance goals and KPIs.
  3. Develop a comprehensive key account roadmap aligned with the company's strategy and growth plans.
  4. Attend industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.
  5. Focus on brand and category performance through building strong internal relationships.
  6. Experience in cosmetics/skincare sales management and knowledge of luxury brand partnerships are essential.
  7. Business development and account management experience are also required.
  8. Ability to work in London 5 days a week and travel to events when necessary.
