Sales Support & Client Liaison Assistant - Korean Speaking

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support & Client Liaison Assistant to join our team at Centre People Appointments. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Korean-speaking clients and solicitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process new sales leads as necessary
  • Communicate with Korean clients to understand inquiries and concerns
  • Translate enquires from Korean clients into English and support solicitors to understand Korean cultural and customary background
  • Translate advice from English to Korean for Korean clients and follow up when necessary
  • Prepare proposals, client engagement letters, weekly news letters, and other sales and marketing documents
  • Organise legal seminars/webinars and other marketing events
  • Maintain clients data, documents & files, or reports to the sales team
  • Update and maintain all contact information of clients
  • Work with the accounting team to ensure all invoices are prepared and sent timely and correctly

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a client-focused position in Korea or in the UK
  • Knowledge of UK or Korean law
  • Paralegal experience is advantageous
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Business level of fluency in both English and Korean

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £25K - 30K level, depending on experience, plus good benefits. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days' work from home. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK as we are unable to offer visa support.
