We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to children and their families in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Design and deliver tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Lead the Multi-Disciplinary Team: Effectively manage and coordinate the work of the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide Ongoing Support and Assessment: Monitor and assess the physical and physiological needs of children in your caseload, providing ongoing support and interventions as needed.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and community teams to ensure effective care coordination.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care.
- Qualifications and Experience: RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a supportive management style that brings out the best in others.
- Technical Skills: Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Advanced communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively liaise with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Flexible Working Arrangements: 2 days working from home per week, with 3 days spent in the community.
- Excellent Benefits Package: 33 days' holiday, private pension scheme, use of a pool company car or travel card for community travel, and business travel expenses.
