Elevation Recruitment Group is collaborating with a prominent, custom manufacturing organization seeking to hire a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician.
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: £39,897
- Night Shift Premium: 25% uplift
- Weekend Premium: 35% uplift
Working Hours:
- Shifts include days, afternoons, and nights during peak periods.
- Potential for up to 5% bonus.
- Pension scheme capped at 9%.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage in both preventative and reactive maintenance of mechanical control systems and infrastructure.
- Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance personal and organizational performance.
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ).
- Previous experience in a multi-skilled technician capacity is preferred.
- Willingness to work one week of night shifts and one Saturday morning during peak times.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is essential.
- Familiarity with PLCs is required.
Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal in English.
- Open-mindedness and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the business.
