Internship Details:
Internship Supervisor: Gallery Manager
Location: LONDON
Role: Gallery Assistant
Compensation: Internship
Work Schedule: 35 hours per week across 5 days with 2 days off
Internship Duration: 4 to 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide accurate information regarding our artists and artworks, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Assist in the internal organization of the gallery, including light art handling tasks.
- Contribute to event planning in collaboration with the team and marketing department.
- Support the daily maintenance and upkeep of the gallery.
- Engage in marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in obtaining quotes from shippers for sold artworks, subject to management approval.
- Help with the packaging of sold pieces.
- Support gallery setup on delivery days.
- Assist with client presentations and catalogues.
- Help upload images and information onto the new software system.
- Assist with logistical tasks, including stock movements between locations.
Training Opportunities:

- Learn about various painting and sculpture techniques.
- Understand logistics and stock management.
- Receive training in visual merchandising and marketing.
- Participate in sales training.
