About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive General Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our automotive business, driving revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of automotive professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the business.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of our automotive business, including inventory management, customer service, and sales performance.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the business is operating within agreed-upon targets.
- Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry, with a strong track record of driving business growth and profitability.
