About the Role:

We are seeking a Labourer to join our dynamic team at a reputable manufacturing company. As a Labourer, you will work alongside the Core Assembly Manager and Team Leaders to support the engine build line. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the lifting and moving of components and engines into lorries or C store warehousing, ensuring adherence to manufacturing Health, Safety, and Environmental principles, and collaborating with the team to achieve overall operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Strong safety and quality-driven mindset
  • A proactive nature with a collaborative teamwork approach
  • Experience with lifting and slinging, cranes and other lifting machinery (onsite refresh training will be provided)
  • Current Driving Licence with less than 6 points
