The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Bar Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our bar operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bars. Reporting to the Bar Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in shift management of the bar teams
  • Promoting exceptional standards of customer service
  • Creating a positive image and environment and enhancing all working relationships
  • Adhering to health and safety systems
  • Driving team engagement and reward & recognition
  • Assisting with stocktaking processes
  • Open and close duties of all the bar areas
  • Team training and development
