**Job Summary**
CastleView Group is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Packaging Finisher. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate machinery and equipment to package products
- Feed the production line with product and ensure a smooth workflow
- Assemble products by hand and prepare them for packaging
- Move products onto trays and prepare them for palletization and dispatch
- Work accurately and efficiently to meet production targets
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Flexibility to work various shift times, including continental shifts
- Physical ability to carry out various warehousing and production duties
- Keen to develop skills and knowledge in packaging and production
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of £11.50 per hour
- A continental shift pattern with 36 hours worked per week
- All training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role
