Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team at the award-winning Patchway SPAR store in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage store operations to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Manage store stock levels, inventory, and ordering processes.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management and inventory control.
