Senior Mechanical Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team at Lanesra Technical Recruitment. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the design, construction, and commissioning of mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and construction of mechanical projects, including coordination with engineering and supply chain partners.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and implement changes to minimize risk and maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, health and safety teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets client requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on mechanical engineering projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
