The Role

We are seeking a Senior Court of Protection Solicitor to join their Southampton office. The Private Client department is highly regarded and Chambers-rated, enjoying a strong profile throughout the region and beyond. As a Senior Court of Protection Solicitor, you will work exclusively with Court of Protection matters, utilizing your technical knowledge and organizational skills to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Court of Protection law, with a strong understanding of the relevant legislation and case law
  • Excellent technical knowledge and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
