About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team of on-call firefighters in Dorset and Wiltshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide fire and rescue services to the community.
  • Work closely with wholetime firefighters to ensure a seamless response to emergencies.
  • Participate in regular training and drills to maintain and improve skills.
  • Contribute to the development of the fire service by sharing knowledge and expertise.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old (or 17 1/2 with parental consent).
  • Live or work near the fire station to ensure a quick response to emergencies.
  • Have a good standard of physical fitness.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
