Role Overview:

As a vital member of the brand team, you will assist in various projects, including the comprehensive production of promotional materials, brand partnerships, and our annual supplier gathering. Your contributions will ensure a unified customer message that aligns with our business objectives.

Main Duties:

  • Promotional Material Management: Oversee the complete process of creating promotional leaflets, from initial briefings to commercial approvals and printing.
  • Ensure timely launches of promotional materials in accordance with established deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Guarantee that all promotional designs reflect the Superdrug brand identity and highlight key themes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assess the impact of promotional materials on sales and customer engagement.
  • Work alongside your marketing manager to monitor and manage the budget effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment.
  • Explore opportunities to extend promotional efforts beyond print, utilizing digital platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.

Supplier Gatherings and Collaborative Projects:

  • Assist in organizing the annual Supplier Conference, working closely with event leads and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of engaging brand experiences in collaboration with agencies.
  • Lead logistical planning and provide support during the event.
  • Engage in collaborative brand initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in project or account management.
  • Proficient in budget oversight.
  • Background in a fast-paced marketing or retail setting.
  • Dynamic and confident in presenting ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
