Kingsacre Care Home is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Administrator to support our team in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Located in Duntocher, Glasgow, we offer a state-of-the-art facility for our 66 residents.

As an integral part of our dynamic and growing environment, the Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources and Recruitment processes.
  • Assist with payroll and PlanDay management.
  • Maintain employee contracts and records.
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports.
  • Coordinate meetings and take detailed meeting notes.
  • Support the PVG process and ensure compliance with professional registration requirements.
  • Perform general office duties to maintain a well-organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
  • A team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate effectively are highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Safer Recruitment practices is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare administration is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Completion of mandatory training is required.
