This role is perfect for individuals seeking a dynamic and fulfilling career in the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for serving a variety of beverages, including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails to our esteemed guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.
The position of Hospitality Bar Associate provides comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement. We are looking for candidates with at least one year of customer service experience who are eager to thrive in a prestigious environment or those who wish to gain valuable experience while earning.
Your working hours will total 35 hours per week, spread across 5 days. Given the nature of our operations, you will be expected to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, so adaptability is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old due to licensing regulations.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective teamwork.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with cocktails, wines, and liqueurs is advantageous, but not mandatory as full training will be provided.
- A genuine enthusiasm for learning and the ability to start with a positive attitude is vital.
