Bar Team Leader

Your Role:
We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to join our team at Duck & Waffle. As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our beverage operations and ensuring exceptional guest service.
Our beverage offering is a key part of our unique dining experience, and we are looking for someone who can help us maintain our high standards. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters/waitresses, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Your Requirements:
To be successful as a Bar Supervisor, you will need to have at least 4 years of beverage experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. You will also need to be a Personal License holder, have experience working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters/waitresses. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is a willingness to learn and grow within the business.
